Pages 5 and 6 in the pink percent packet should be finished. Also, complete the buff colored worksheet on fraction/decimal equivalents. Don’t forget to complete the numberline at the bottom of the page. These are the fractions you will have to memorize for Friday’s formative assessment, so might as well start now!
Comeplete one 100+ word journal entry tonight or tomorrow based on your reading. This one is a “test” entry to make sure everyone is on the right track. It will be graded (but you will also have the right to retry if you do not do it correctly).Â

Hello and welcome back to all! Today we worked on equivalent fractions and decimals in math. Tonight’s homework is to calculate the decimal equivalents for the fractions on the worksheets. Calculators allowed. Write the decimal on the tab next to the fraction, then color the tab to match another equivalent fraction. All calculating and coloring should be done tonight. Tomorrow we will cut and construct!
Please write your friendly letter addressed to Mrs. Saunders and/or Mrs. Rzepka.  Be sure to follow correct ‘friendly letter format.’ We can’t wait to learn more about you!Â
Also, start looking for an independent reading book! Visit the Mayfield local library or a nearby bookstore, or browse the shelves in my room. YOU NEED A BOOK BY MONDAY!
