We started a new unit on probability called “What Do You Expect?” (WDYE). Tonight’s homework is p. 10 # 1,2 and pages 14-15 # 14-19. Please make a good effort on homework to get as much practice as possible on probability before the OAAs next week.
Surface area and Volume Worksheet. This is practice for rectangular prisms. This material will be on Thursday’s summative assessment.
FW p. 40 #9-11 Volume of cylinders.
Tomorrow is a checkpoint on volume of cylinders and changing dimensions on rectangular prisms.
Summative on 3-D shapes is next Thursday.

FW p. 10-11 # 5-7. Also bring a can for a pi day activity. If you can bring one to donate, that’s a plus, but if you cannot, you can either bring it back home, or bring a Clean, empty can. Thank you.
Do worksheet on converting measurements. For Wednesday, each child will need to bring in a canned good for a pi day activity. The can will then be donated to Harvest for Hunger.
