The Bad Beginning is about the Baudelaire orphans, Violet, Klaus, and Sunny. One day when they were at the beach, they got a message that their parents died in a house fire, and they will stay with Count Olaf. They stayed there for a few days, and they didn’t like him. He made them do chores all day, and he was so mean. Count Olaf’s goal was to get a hold of the Baudelaire fortune. He tried to marry Violet, but it didn’t work. I liked this book because you don’t know what the kids will do next.

This is a good book to read without stoping to read. It is a series of unfortunate events. If you start to read you will not want to stop!
I couldn’t wait to start this series! Once I started I couldn’t put the book down! There are many sad things in this book, but also many humerous things. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book!

I finished the whole series and you need to have be fullly alert to get ready to think about everything in the series ,so far. I leave the series, confused . I hope you think more then I did get ready to be amazed by Lemony Snicket’s tricky tale!!!:)
