Social Studies Culture Doll Winners November 6, 2008

Culture dolls were evaluated for creativity and detail demonstrating the culture of a Mayfield Middle School student.  Congratulations to our creative winners:  Halima, Lauren, Nicole, Evan, Kristin, and Sydney!  Winners not in picture:  Katie, Rod, and Brenna!

Thank you to Trailblazer Parent Volunteers!

 

Students are making Paleolithic or Neolithic Era dioramas in Social Studies class.  Mrs. Johanns would like to thank Mrs. Maxson, Mrs. Palladino, Mrs. Studer, Mrs. Rollins, and Mrs. Pretnar for coming into class and manning the hot glue guns.  I could not have done it without you!

Parent Volunteers Needed September 12, 2008

Parent volunteers are needed on Monday, September 22, 2008 assisting in making dioramas of the Paleolithic and Neolithic Eras.  Help will include cutting cardboard, manning glue guns, and assisting students.   Please send Mrs. Johanns a note if you are able to assist.  Mrs. Johanns will then write a note in your child’s agenda informing you of your child’s class time.  Thank you so much!Â
